We currently only ship to addresses in the UK.
Your order will be delivered in a eco-friendly cardboard box which may be sealed with brown tape if required.
UK Shipping via Royal Mail – fees are always subject to box size and weight according to Royal Mail prices. Costs will be shown in the Cart page and you will be aware of the cost prior to placing your order.
Our delivery times are based on working days Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and are not guaranteed. This time does not include picking and processing lead time which can be 1 - 2 working days and can be slightly longer during busy periods eg, the festive period. 1st and 2nd class Royal Mail is not tracked however once we leave your items with Royal Mail we will update our your order to show it has been shipped with Royal Mail using their reference number. Delivery charges will be added at checkout. For UK orders over £40, we offer free shipping. Please note that you will need to pick appropriate shipping option at checkout to benefit from free shipping over £40.
We also have a free local collection option at checkout. Once we have your order ready for collection, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect from our address - AL9. Please note collection times are Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm. No collections will be available outside this time.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order with us and we have not yet shipped your order, you can notify us and we will issue a refund.
If you are not happy with the products you have received, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return unopened and unused items to us within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be made against the credit/debit card used for purchase.

The cost of returning the soaps and accessories is your responsibility. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
If the products you wish to return are damaged on delivery, please email us for assistance.
We cannot issue a refund for used or opened products.
If you have received these products as a gift and are not 100% satisfied, we will happily issue an exchange of products with products of similar value.
For both cancellations and returns, we will issue a customer choice of store credit or refund.
Please note that all payments are taken in GBP(£) and all orders are governed by UK law.
